Trigger Point Therapy is a style of deep tissue that focuses on stimulating and releasing "trigger points" in your body. Trigger points are tender areas of tension similar to acupressure points, except they occur in the belly of the muscle rather than along the energy pathways of the body. These "knots" are built up throughout a person's life due to physical, mental, and/or emotional stress. During a session, focused pressure is applied through a variety of techniques order to release your trigger points. This process can be quite intense at times, yet the effects are lasting and profoundly transformative, especially during recovery and rehabilitation after an injury or surgery. 

This style can be incorporated into a Swedish massage for areas you'd like extra focus on.

Swedish Massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility.

Prenatal/Postnatal Massage is a style of bodywork designed specifically for people during pregnancy and immediately after giving birth. During pregnancy, it is performed "side-lying" where the person's lying on either side, bostered with lots of pillows for support and comfort. I have lots of experience with prenatal and postnatal massage and am knowledgeable about which areas/acupressure points to avoid, especially during pregnancy. I use pregnancy and breastfeeding safe essential oils (or none if you prefer) during your session and make sure you're very comfortable. I'll use your pillows for these sessions, we typically need three, or if you have a prenatal pillow those work great as well. If you're lactating, it's no biggie if you leak, as everything on my table is washable, so don't stress about that :)

Bring some relaxation to your guests for your next party! I can set up the massage table or the chair and give 15-20m massages fully clothed. This can be for spa parties, or any kind of get together. There's also the option of having me setup in a separate room if you'd like to do back massages with lotion, or I can be out in the mix with everyone else so your guests dont feel like they're missing out on the party! 

 

Just let me know how many guests will be in attendance so I can plan accordingly!

-Sugar scrub jars: pick your scents and the number of jars you'd like! Reach out for details

-Homemade lip balms: made with organic beeswax, organic Almond oil and organic food grade flavors! Reach out for available flavors and the quantity you'd need

-Hot towels: add this for your guests, $25 extra per group. I can add essential oils to the towels as well

-CBD balm: add this healing muscle relief salve I make using Cannabis, herbs and essential oils. This would be applied to each guest during their massage on their areas of pain. $30 extra per group 

Chair massage is a popular way of relieving stress and releasing tension right in your home or workplace. You receive your massage in a specialized ergonomic chair which I bring to your location. In addition to the usual health benefits of massage, another benefit of chair massage is that it is done over the clothing. With seated massage, you can avoid the discomfort and awkwardness that you may feel in disrobing for a traditional massage. Also, chair massage sessions are usually shorter than traditional massage, making it convenient enough to fit into your busy schedule.

I have some very trusted and incredible therapists that I can bring along to give you and your partner an amazing spa experience at your home. House cleansings/blessings are good to do before moving into a new space for living or business. Using cleansing herbs, crystals, sound and candles, we can cleanse the space of any negative energy, any entities that may be causing problems or to just get some fresh energy into the space. New moons and full moons are also a wonderful time to clear energy away and charge the home with good intentions, but this can be done at any time!

Animal healing can be for any kind of animal from cats and dogs to horses, pigs, chickens, and cows! I love all animals and have experience working with/doing energy healing on barn animals in particular. I'll bring my sound bowls, crystals and healing hands to come and give whatever kind of healing the animal is open to receiving, whether that's hands on or from a distance.

This is a unique service that I feel deeply called to offer. It can be for humans or animals who have reached the end of their life and are on hospice care, in a hospital room or assisted living facility. I'm especially called to assist animals who have reached the end of their time on earth to give them healing and peace so that their soul knows it's okay to let go. It can also bring peace to an animal who is about to be put to sleep to help make them comfortable in their final days or hours. Anyone is allowed to join these sessions, whether it's family or animal's human companions

When anyone crosses over into the spirit realm, human or animal, its a deeply transformative time for all involved. Anyone who has been with a loved one or a pet as they've crossed over knows how challenging it can be, so my goal is to bring as much calm, healing and love as possible to those transitioning and also those who will be staying behind here on Earth. Reiki is a Japanese form of energy work that cleanses and balances the energy system in the body. As a result, the body's natural self-healing mechanisms strengthen, helping to establish optimum health. During a session, I work directly with your energy field to remove blockages, detoxify your system, and restore your vital life force energy. Reiki utilizes a gentle laying on of hands to conduct the necessary energy force between us. The benefits of Reiki range from the release of habitual mental/emotional stress to alleviating chronic pain.

Crystals have been used as healing tools for thousands of years based on the concept that each type of crystal has a unique internal structure which operates at a specific frequency and resonates with certain emotions and energies. Each chakra, or energy vortex, in the body also resonates at a certain frequency, so by placing crystals on various points on the body and setting an intention, healing is promoted as the body realigns it's frequency to match those of the crystals creating a very powerful, uplifting and healing session that leaves you feeling extremely balanced. Depending on the emotional or energetic imbalances in your body, a special layout and grid will be designed to help realign your physical and emotional bodies for your highest good.

Sound is usually incorporated into most sessions using various instruments like Tibetan singing bowls, Quartz crystal singing bowls, a 9-chakra tuning fork set, and even channeling healing frequencies with the human voice! Chakra balancing sessions are wonderful "maintainance" for your energetic, mental, physical and spiritual bodies. Your chakras can become blocked, interrupted and even closed when your reality is feeling out of alignment and manifests itself in your life in many different ways. If you're feeling low energy, stuck, depressed or like you just need a boost, this is a great option or addition to any other of the healing modalities. Using color, crystals, sound healing, Reiki and many other things, we can unblock your chakras and realign your energetic system to bring you more balance and peace in your life! 

Aura cleansing is the removal of unwanted energies from your personal energetic field that may be keeping you down in various aspects of your life. If you're feeling overly attached to anyone or anything in your life, have any obsessive behaviors or if you just want an overall cleanse and upliftment, an aura cleanse would greatly benefit you. Usually done through using crystals, sound healing, and various modalities of energy work.

Aromatherapy is centered around the use of essential oils, the purest forms of various natural herbs, flowers and other plants that have been uesd for thousands of years to promote healing. The benefits of various essential oils include increased relaxation, decreased stress levels, boosting the immune system, increase levels of happiness, etc. There are so many kinds of essential oils and each have unique healing properties, so an aromatherapy session would be a massage customized with specific oils that would benefit you the most. I find it to be very healing and leaves you feeling balanced and invigorated. 

 

If you are seeking to release trauma, release patriarchal wounding including trauma from men, looking to boost your self esteem/body image, heal your relationships with other women, and tap into the true essence of your own sacred sexuality, this service may be for you. There are so many tools available to us that it's hard to write a summary, but this kind of healing session is very unique to YOUR needs and what it is you're seeking.

A typical session will include everything included in the "energy healing" service such as guided meditation, sound and crystal healing, reiki and aromatherapy, along with various exercises or techniques that we can practice in session. I will create a safe, sacred space for this healing to take place in so that you can feel the energy of your Goddess guides and allow transformative healing to take place. We will discuss various things you can practice on your own, with a romantic partner, or with a few trusted people in your life.  

This is a service I have been working very closely with for years now, in my own training and healing, as well as with others. I am a certified women's healing facilitator and Priestess dedicated to the journey of healing, learning and unlearning years of social conditioning.
